  1. Translate client objectives and requirements into solution concept for specific deals, based on offerings and capabilities.
  2. Apply subject matter expertise within Application Management service line to develop innovative and out-of-box solutions.
  3. Develop optimum outsourcing solution, including: governance structure, delivery model, staffing, service location, service hours, service levels, service level credits/penalties, enabling tools and infrastructure requirements for provisioning services to client, staff transfer requirements and service transition / transformation approach.
  4. Participates in the development of tools to industrialize the solutioning process and to enhance the competitiveness of Application Management proposals.
  5. Acts as a member of a high-performance organization by engaging in value add activities that leverage the collective capabilities of the team.
  6. Facilitates effective communications with counterparts in local regions, and manages expectations with local bid unit teams.
  7. Arrange internal reviews for the provided solution to confirm in-scope services maps to Organization's service offerings and capabilities.
  8. Identify and resolve cost issues impacting competitiveness of Organization's outsourcing solutions.
  9. Ensure all capital and expense associated with Application Management solution components are accurately captured in deal model.
  10. Collaborates with Transition Team to identify approach, timing, staffing levels and other costs associated with transitioning service to Organization and for transforming operations into on-going delivery model.
  11. Exposure to standards like ISO, SOX compliance and etc.,
