What kind of oil does a 1994 cheetah arctic cat 340 snowmobile take?

It depends on the climate you live in. The area that has colder and longer winter would demand a lower viscosity then those with a milder winter, Colder should have a 5-30/20 high grade and no more then 10-30 for the milder use Castrol high mileage for my older machine ads a little more life for the age..
