Can you put chewing tobacco into a plastic bag and carry it around?

If your talking about like a zip lock bag, then yes. I do it all the time.

The only drawback is, is that the pouches it came in, block out the sun, so your chew doesn't dry out as quickly. (take a look inside the pouch, and it is very dark).
