How do you make a paper plate spinner?

it depends on what kind of spinner you want as to how you make it.

# This one is very simple. puncture two holes in the center of the plate with a craft knife or one side of a pair of scissors then put two pieces long string through each hole(about 60cm long) once they are through tie the two together at both ends. Once you are done spin the string round as long as you want then pull them tight it will spin back for quite a long time. You can also decorate it so when it spins it will look like its flashing colors.
