I don't think you should be vomiting after taking prescription pills.

I may be in the same boat, kinda. One thing that seemed like it helped - have you ever sucked air into your stomach? You basically try to breathe in, but keep your throat closed and try to do whatever it is your throat/stomach does when burping (it's hard to describe - try holding your breath, then use the breathe-in muscles without letting air in. You have to have your mouth open, though. Hopefully you get the idea.). Try that in combination with sticking your fingers down your throat. I tried it while leaning way down forward over a toilet. In combination, they may be enough to get you to throw up.

I managed to throw up, though I don't think my pills came with it. (Maybe I took too long and they got passed along to my intestines.) To everyone else who is well-meaning and concerned, here's my own defence, likely similar to that of whoever posted the question. I woke up this morning after 3 hours of sleep, groggily got dressed and headed off to get picked up for church. I took my medicine for ADD, which also happens to keep me awake. However, it's a bitterly cold icy snowy day, so I found out that church was cancelled. I would really have liked to go back to sleep, but with my medicine, that's just not happening for another 10 hours or so. So, I tried to throw up my medicine so I'd be able to go back to sleep. Didn't work, but worth a shot. So, long story short, there are reasons aside from bulimia or poisoning for throwing up, and while yes, it's probably not good to throw up on a regular basis, it's not like the stomach flu does us any great harm, aside from being the flu and making us miserable. :)
