How much does melting pot restaurant pay hosts?

Our hosts at The Melting Pot in Los Angeles make $10 an hour. You also get tips. The servers tip out for the bussers, hosts and bartenders.... even though the hosts don't do anything for us servers (its lame). You will get about $20-40 in tips a night.
