serves four:
start with 2 cups water with 2 tbsp of chicken base(at any grocery store), bring to a boil. Add 1 cup Jasmine rice stir cover reduce heat to low 15 minutes. Transfer to a sheet pan and refrigerate until cold.
saute 1 onion finely chopped until opaque, add 3 cloves garlic minced 2 minutes.
add 3 eggs ad stir to break up and cook through
add rice and cook til crispy then add 4 green onions sliced on a bias. season to taste with soy sauce
