WELL.. to stop getting bit by fleas you can do numerous things. Depending on whats making your house attract them. If a previous owner had a pet that had fleas they can live in the carpet so if you get a carpet powder for fleas then they will go away. But if you have a pet that might g outside sometimes and whatnot then your animal might be bringing them into your home. So you can get some hard-core flea medicene from your local veterinarian or the basic kind from like Walmart.
