What are the minimum income requirements for maternity coverage with medicaid?

Hello, I am 18 weeks pregnant and have applied for medicaid but I wanted to know if I would even be considered with my husbands income. I searched and searched and finally found it. Please keep in mind that these are the requirements for people in the state of Texas. Hope this helps!
