What is the average cost per page to copy?

That's difficult to say as every copier can differ.

To calculate it you could find out the toner price and the average number if pages it can do, divide price by pages to get a rate. Then the same with paper price and how many pages in that pack, divide price by pages to give another rate. Add both of them together and that'll give you an approximate cost per page.
