Where is the troposphere layer located?

The troposphere is the lowest layer of the Earth's atmosphere, located closest to the Earth's surface and extending up to about 7-17 kilometers (4-10 miles) above sea level, depending on the latitude. It is where most weather events occur and contains about 75% of the atmosphere's mass.
