When did Geraint Owen die?

During a stunt at 1999 "Over the Edge" Wrestling event, Owen Hart was being lowered to the ring from the rafters. The harness he was wearing gave way and Hart fell to the ring. He landed on the top rope with his chest. He died from internal bleeding caused by the impact of the rope on his chest.
