When do you know you need a padded bra?

Measure your breasts and see how big they are , once you get into aa/A u should wear them :) I'm 14 and have 32 A cups , I started wearing padded Bras when I was 13, if you don't have a cleavage you should just wear non wired bras or sports bras :)
