Is the globalization of health care good or bad for patients?

The globalization of healthcare has provided opportunities for many organizations to rapidly develop their products. This expansion of global healthcare is not so great for patients that have 1000's of dollars in deductibles, and can not afford to see a physician or be treated for a condition.
