Why do pregnant teens often have difficulty delivering babiess?

Teens are not psychologically prepared to have the baby. The reproductive organs are not well developed before the age 18. So 19 can be an exception to the above statement. Younger teens will face many problems in delivering the babies. The hormone system is not well prepared. The soft organs are not well developed. The bony part is not well developed.All these factors lead to problems in delivering a baby.
