Has anyone tried Terry Asher's TNT diet?

I was wondering that myself... Since you posted your question, have you tried it?

Given the million spam emails I receive from Terry Asher and his TNT diet, I will never know. Someone who spams like that cannot be reputable, so I would not risk your health following health advice from someone like him.
