Why is van damme not in the expendables?

Jean-Claude Van Damme was initially considered for a role in "The Expendables" series, but he ultimately did not participate due to scheduling conflicts and creative differences. Although he made a brief appearance in "The Expendables 2" as the villain, he has not been involved in the subsequent films. Additionally, reports indicate that there were issues related to his relationship with the film's producers. As a result, he has not been a part of the franchise beyond that single installment.
