Who is the parent company of Radio shack?

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the parent company of RadiOShack is Retail Ecommerce Ventures (REV). REV acquired the RadiOShack brand in 2020 and has since focused on revitalizing the brand through e-commerce and online sales. The company aims to leverage RadiOShack's historical reputation in electronics to reach new customers.
