Alcoholics Anonymous are there any rules in the big book of alcoholics anonymous and if so what pages are they found on?

Page 74: "The rule is we must be hard on ourself but always considerate of others."

This is the only "rule" in the big book, though in the "Doctor's Opinion" (xxix) Dr. Silkworth refers to "the only effort necessary being that to follow a few simple rules"

The trump card that lets us all hang onto whatever opinions we care to is on the last page, page 164, where we are told "Our book is meant to be suggestive only."
