What should you do if your horse is Lame?

If your horse comes up lame the best thing to do is to place it in a stall where it can't move around very much and call your equine vet to come take a look. What might appear 'simple' could really be just the beginning of a very serious problem. Most vets will also tell you to ice the leg or cold hose it until they get there.
