How do you get a puffin on club penguin?

I heard once you get each puffle different color and you name them like say for example the puffle is red so you name it red. You do that to all and one day it will change into multicolored one.





But I've never seen anyone with multicolored puffle. I think its just a rumor. it was in the news once
