No, it gets less dense.

As it freezes the hydrogen bonds that make water so cohesive diminish. So as a liquid, water molecules are very close together. When they freeze they are forced into a confirmation where the molecules are further apart. This increases the volume of the same number of molecules, decreasing the density.

You can always remember this fact by remembering that ice floats on top of water.
