Steroid can be taken either by injection or in pill form. Injected steroids, if used properly, can result in large gains in strength, size, and definition. A few that I have been affiliated with are Deca, Winstol, Primo, and different kinds of testosterone. If you are looking for large gains quickly then a stack of Deca and Winstrol can be very effective. Oral steroids are a less potent route to go but they eliminate the need for a syringe and look like many other pills so it is easy to conceal.
