Should you be allowed wear what you want to?

They should be able to make choices about color and basic style, but parents have the final say on what they actually leave the house in. Mom and Dad should be reasonable in their expectations and understand that what they think is adorable may not gel with their daughter's opinions about comfort and wear-ability, but daughters need to understand that what Mom and Dad think about matching and what cuts and styles are appropriate for their age trumps their choice factor. Sort of. This is a tough question, because it depends on how young the girl is. However, young girls should be able to choose what they want to wear, but the final decision is by the girl's parents, because young girls might want to wear something spontaneous, or something that shouldn't be worn in public, and the parents are to maintain the girl's reason of how she dresses, because the young mind isn't fully developed yet to make proper decisions on her own without the parents helping them decide or deciding for them.
