How do you regain trust again for another person?

You can't!!!! You can only start over with your actions, Words fall deaf to a sore ear. I have found that giving up your time that otherwise is taken up by something you want to do (ie. watching the superbowl) solely for the purpose of making the one you hurt happy... that's a good start.
