The Barium is an alkaline earth metal that is very poisonous. Additionally, any solution which touches it becomes toxic also. The hypophosphite comes from phoshide with hydrogen and oxygen added. I'm assuming that is spontaneous combustible. My best guess is the poison takes top priority on hazard risk. To be 100 % safe, store it in a cool area rated for explosion proof or a 2 hour burn through rating of the storage room walls and segregate as class 6 and 4.2 poisonous, spontaneous combustible. Do not touch the liquid !!
