How do you replace thermostat Kia Spectra 2006?

To replace the thermostat on a 2006 Kia Spectra, first, make sure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the engine cover (if applicable) and drain the coolant from the radiator. Disconnect the hoses attached to the thermostat housing and unbolt the housing to access the thermostat.
