What is the spanish word for welcome?

Welcome = bienvenidos
Bienvenido

im not sure but you can say, "Venido adentro, Ven adentro or Venga adentro (more formal)", meaning come inside.

"hola" - hello

"recepción" - reception

"dé bienvenida" - it gives welcome, but i wouldn't use this in case I'm wrong
