How many years of college to become a sniper?

None. Sniping is a career track option from being an infantry rifleman. Snipers are selected for their ability to shoot accurately and their exceptional fieldcraft. It has been my experience that years spent in college is counterproductive to ability to shoot and practice Excellence in field operations.
