As the question is syntactically inaccurate, I will instead answer the question "What language do Filipinos use?". Technically our language can be classified as Austronesian and the official "national" language is Tagalog. This "dialect" (classification is still under debate) however is far from the original and still widely used Tagalog of the Southern Luzon areas (e.g., Bulacan, Quezon, Batangas, etc.). Its current evolved form is generally the primary language spoken in Metro Manila and the commonly understood/used langauge everywhere else. The Philippines is made up of more than 7,000 islands and the geographically divided people speak a little less than 200 languages, dialects or "mixed tongues". -- Omè (dax2276@Yahoo.com)
