Who is smarter a cat or a dog?

for me and all other cat people it is cats because they solve problems and think about their environment which is why they don't play fetch or race because they see no point in doing it

if you are a dog person you will think dogs because they can play fetch and race and they help people inculding blind people, deaf people,the police and to save drowning people

The difference is minute, but cats are more intelligent than dogs..
