A male rapes, if the receiver of said rape is a female, by penetrating the females vagina with his penis. One does this while the female does not agree with the actions taking place, lest it is not rape.
Rape is not always penis/vagina. The various definitions of rape range from the broad (coercing an individual of either gender to engage in any sexual act) to the specific (forcing a person to submit to sexual interference). The crime of rape can be viewed under the more comprehensive term "sexual abuse." Two types of sexual assault are defined in most legal codes: sexual abuse and aggravated sexual abuse. Sexual abuse includes acts in which an individual is forced to engage in sexual activity by use of threats or other fear tactics, or instances in which an individual is physically unable to decline. Aggravated sexual abuse occurs when an individual is forced to submit to sexual acts by use of physical force; threats of death , injury, or other harm; or substances that render that individual unconscious or impaired.
