What does Batas Gabaldon mean?

It literally means "Children of Gabaldon" - Philippine legislator Isauro Gabaldón (1875-1942) helped build hundreds of elementary schools in his country between 1907 and 1916, during the American occupation. These historic structures are still known as "Gabaldons."
