What materials do you need for a homemade hovercraft?

A platform to mount the stuff to and to ride on. Leaf blowers could work. Any powered fan(s) would help. Having a skirt around your platform helps with the lifting ability. Keeps the air pressure under you from spilling out. A jet engine with adjustable exhaust ports works. Several rockets around the edge of your platform would give you lift and could be used to push you along. They would have to be liquid fueled to be controllable.
