What train do you take to get to Lincoln Center from East 28th St?

Walk west to Broadway (which at this point in its path is between 6th and 5th Avenues, close to the center of Manhattan).

Take the Uptown N or R local trains (of the N-R-Q, the yellow line) from 28th Street (at Broadway) to 42nd Street-Times Square.

Transfer at 42nd Street-Times Square to the Uptown 1local train (of the 1-2-3, the red line) to 66th Street-Lincoln Center (at Broadway).
