Who is the originator of McDonald's?

McDonalds was not always the fast food industry giant it is now, McDonalds first started off as a small hamburger chain run by Richard and Maurice McDonald. It was then bought by Ray Kroc in 1955. From there it evolved into the current McDonalds.
