What does rigamortis look like?

Rigor mortis is a post-mortem condition characterized by the stiffening of the body’s muscles after death. It typically begins within a few hours and can fully develop within 12 to 24 hours, causing the limbs and joints to become rigid. The body may adopt a fixed position, often with the limbs bent and the jaw clenched. This state can last for up to 72 hours before the muscles begin to relax again as decomposition sets in.
