Does Jacob Black already know that Bella knows the Cullen's secret in Twilight?

Yes. Edward showed a huge dislike to Jacob Black showing that he himself knew that Jacob was in fact a werewolf or at least going to turn into one so I suspect that Jacob knew about Bella's secret but didn't want to interfere because he believed he could change that.
