go to falconreach, between the 2 potion shops in the west end of the city you can talk to zorbak (the little ugly blue guy) there you can change name, class, and gender (BUT AT THE COST OF DRAGON COINS)

It costs 1000 DC :P - External, helper of AE games, and Roblox.
