Recommended viscosity is 10W40.
Frequency is to change the oil every 6000 km (4000 miles) and the filter every 18,000 km (11,000 miles). Semi-synthetic 10w40. Castrol suggests (Power 1 GPS 4T 10W-40) Capacity 3.5L
