What is the suffix for operation?

There isn't really a broad suffix for surgery, they often more describe the kind of surgery being performed... for instance.... an append'ectomy' - 'removes' the appendix. A rhino'plasty' procedure 'shapes' or 'sculpts' the nose, etc... for a full list of suffixes, please look here.
