Who made Badlands National Park a Park?

The Badlands became a national park to preserve the wilderness. The largest undisturbed mixed grass prairie in the United States is located in the Badlands. The Oglala Lakota Nation, the second-largest American Indian Reservation in the United States, co-manages half of Badlands National Park.
