Where on right side is the code reader plug on a fiesta 2009?

On a 2009 Ford Fiesta, the code reader plug, also known as the OBD-II port, is located on the right side of the driver's footwell. It can typically be found just above the brake pedal, near the bottom of the dashboard. You may need to look up under the dashboard to see it clearly.
