If a baby is dead will the pregnancy test still read positive?

What do you mean been dead inside the womb? If it is in a term already then you need a doctor to extract the fetus inside the womb or else you gonna be dead, but if it just 4 weeks below then you had miscarriage. Until such time the menstruation is finish then the test is negative but as soon as the blood is still there the test still postitve. Hope this will help.
