How do you order a new cheque book?

When you are almost out of cheques your bank usually knows and sends you a replacement (they note the number of the cheque you last used). However, if you want a new one just go in to or phone the bank and ask for a new one to be sent to you (they will only send it to your home address), quoting your account number and details.
