Who was the Governor of Delaware in 1962?

Walter W. Bacon (born January 20, 1880 in New Castle, Delaware; died March 18, 1962 in Wilmington, Delaware) succeeded Richard C. McMullen as the sixtieth Governor of Delaware, serving between January 21, 1941 and January 18, 1949, including the whole of 1945.
