What makes you a good candidate for our program?

This is a job application question and the key point is the "YOU" in it. YOU are applying for this job and YOU have to answer it.

If we give you and answer and you get the job then it is likely that you will not be able to hold the job down properly and you may be a danger to your employer and your workmates.

Quite frankly if you can not fill in a job application without asking the internet what to write you are probably unemployable anyway.
