Who are the people that support horse slaughter and what are the reasons?

Its hard to say who actually does it because there is such a wide range. Some people do it because they feel powerful against vulnerable animals such as horses, but also believe that god made animals for humans to do anything they want with them.Im not sure how, but I think you can make money by doing it like selling horse meat or something?
