No, you don't need to use any adaptors if you already live in England! That's only joking! You are probably asking: "If you travel to England from somewhere else, would you need to use an outlet adaptor to run small electrical appliances?" Some small appliances, such as electric shavers, mobile phone chargers, etc., are marked to run on a wide range of voltages, say from 110 Volts to 240 volts, and on 50 Hz as well as 60 Hz.
