Did carlito retire

Na Carlito didn't retire, he works in Puerto Rico in his dads Wrestling Company. The WWE needs to re-hire him I'd like to see him working with his brother Primo and Cousin Epico, they could all three form a group...Carilito is one of my fav wrestlers!
